patent pending

When we bought our Hummer/bucket in 1998, we thought we were pushing the envelope. In retrospect, our Hummer notion was pretty tame.

We're beyond tame now.

Our Bridge Tracker has a 42 ft. working height, can operate in water depths exceeding eight ft, climb 35-degree slopes, traverse 25-degree side slopes, and navigate wet and muddy terrain that would bury the Hummer. Its rubber tracks eliminate damage to paved areas. Railroad tracks are a piece of cake.

Safety? Our machine has been stability tested and certified. We've had hydraulic studies done to test the effects of water current at various depths. Few streams are too swift for the Tracker.

Efficiency? From the time we reach the worksite, we can usually have the Tracker unloaded and under the bridge in less than fifteen minutes. Unless the topography is extremely challenging, repositioning the machine for each "set" takes no time at all. A very user-friendly joystick makes operating the bucket a breeze for the inspectors.

Environmental issues? We're using a non-toxic vegetable-base hydraulic oil in the drive and lift systems. We've learned from using the Hummer how to "tread softly" to minimize disturbing the worksite. Because we're performing federally mandated work, we're generally not required to obtain any special permits. We're not digging or grading, so there's no fill discharge. To date, we've had no resistance from any local, state, or federal environmental concern.

Our research indicates our Bridge Tracker is unique, so we've hired a patent attorney and have begun the patent process. We've already begun designing our next machine. Stay tuned.
